FAQ
1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most standard products can be ordered in small quantities. For customized products, the MOQ depends on the product type. Please contact us for details.
2. Can I order samples?
Yes. Sample orders are welcome. Sample costs and shipping charges will be charged accordingly.
3. How long is the production lead time?
- Standard products: 3–7 business days
- Customized products: 10–20 business days
- Depending on order quantity and production schedule.
4.Price Description
The prices shown on the website are Ex-Works (EXW) prices, exclusive of VAT and other taxes, and exclusive of shipping/freight charges.
5.Return, Refund and After-Sales Policy
A. Standard products: Changes to style, quantity, color, parameters, etc., can be made prior to packaging, generally at no extra cost. However, if modifications are requested after packaging is completed (even if the order has not yet been shipped), a labor modification fee will apply, the exact amount of which depends on the order value and the extent of changes.
B. Customized products: Any modification will incur additional charges, and the specific amount shall be confirmed through separate communication.
C. All products: Once the order has been shipped, we will not accept any returns or refunds.
D. Handling of quality issues: Upon receipt of goods, if the customer discovers any quality issues (such as missing parts, damage, etc.), please contact our customer service within 5 working days (this period may be extended to up to 15 working days depending on the order quantity) and provide photos and other relevant evidence. After verification, we will arrange for replacement shipment and bear the corresponding shipping costs for the replacement.
6. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide via international express, air freight, sea freight, or railway transportation.
7. How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout for standard courier services. For large orders, we will provide the most economical shipping solution.
